Shipping & returns
Free US shipping
We ship within the United States at no extra charge. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund before shipment.
30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, decks must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Email sales@boredgames.us with your order number before sending anything back; we will provide the return address and instructions. Send the return within 14 days of receiving those instructions.
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct the original free shipping cost. Opened or used decks are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Email us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. The unopened condition does not apply to defective products. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Refunds & cancellations
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. To cancel or change an order, email us promptly. We can cancel before shipment; once shipped, the return process applies.
